Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
To start a return or exchange, please email customerservice@nobogeyclub.com with your order number and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Note: Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take time to post.
- Check with your bank for processing delays.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We’re happy to replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need a different size of the same item, email customerservice@nobogeyclub.com to get started.
